My friend , donno what he tembak few days ago Vodka ka Todi ka Cognac ka Whiskey ka,wrongly enter the reload pin for a few times,bloody panaslink barred his reload facility, he wants to use my phone to call bloody 1300820120. Adaka patut!tak nak ah! (Waheeda) ,i fcuk him la use my phone i have to pay,instead i help to to unblock using **** method as above.

In short,yes same rate as you use 0179 but if your friend 0139,0169,0199 call you(0176**) then they will kena kaw-kaw la. You(0176***) call out to 09**** 0r 0169,0199 still consider local if you use it at KT .
