No, the rates published are per minute basis. Not necessary to multiply again. You should devide by 2 to get 30 seconds rate.

Once your call is connected and and timer is running, you need to pay at least per 30 seconds block. For instance RM0.15 per min for Maxis to Maxis. Once your call is connected, then you have to pay RM0.08 if your call is < 30 seconds.
That is to let you know that all calls are charged based on 30 seconds block. The rates published are PER MINUTE basis.

Let say the call rate is 38 cents/min.

For 30 sec/block charging rate, if the call you made lasted

(i) <30 sec: you'll be charged for 19 cents
(ii) >30 sec but <60 sec: you'll be charged for 38 cents

Follow this simple maths for other rates and duration combination.

Yeap ... 38cents/min for Talk plan and 50cents/min for SMS plan for all calls made to 012/017.

The Hotlink Reward system is pretty laggy ... need to wait and seldom get instant reply.

Activ5 call rates to 012/017 is 15cents/min under Talk plan and 30 cents under SMS plan. If you use Talk plan, the call rate is same as DiGi FnF.

I have sent the SMS for check and redeem ... it took one day for each reply.

Maxis sent me RM0.15 rebate credit for the WC Score Updates...

im using hotlink... and im on sms plan.

so although sms is cheap. but my calls are 50sen a minute

so i thought of changing to P75.

but i know if i get it i have to stay with the line for 1 year.

so what if i cancel the line before reaching 12 months?

do i get charged? n how much?

if i stop in june. means i have to pay 75 x 6 =450?

i screw up a couple of Hotlink staff a couple of days ago.

now there is the redeem Hotlink Rewards thing right?! i redeemed RM30 from Hotlink. i expected the expiry date to be extended so i can use the points slowly just like when you reload RM30, you got a month to finish it. problem is, my expiry date was today, so i left with RM20 something and not able to use it. damn it man!!! brainless fools for introducing this kind of promotion. even when sending out credit to your friends, they have enough sense to extend your expiry date for you. i dun see any reason why shouldn't they when they give out the Hotlink Reward Points.

very very unhappy with Hotlink. gonna consider changing to Digi and leaving my Hotlink line for my future 3G 903sh or 904sh.

and their customer service?! one word says it all. sucks. but then to be fair, some of the staff are quite nice.

get a well known phone model?! i am already an owner of a W800i. seeing all those ah beng ah lian on the street having the same thing, sien lah. lol. silly thinking right?! i know. but Sharp's camera is too irresistable. 3.2 megapixel, 2x optical zoom, CCD sensor, . and i've seen marquis's 903sh. love the screen!!!
