and i think max in ONE session is 5 people(stability issues.... you can have more than 5 people,but the connection will have problems,according to maxis,anyway )

have u called customer service? 1 300 820 120? check with them...

i know that there are some booth set up to take in prepaid registration.. may take time to get yourself updated i think cause they will send in bulk .... why not call the number and ask?

their system really screwed up one.. thy also know. thy call me after i complain kau kau.. sigh. maxis.. no more trusting network already.. thy even told me thy going to take out the hotlink myclub online system... giving too much trouble.. thy cant even record email adress properly.. no wonder thy loosing share market to digi la.

hey guys. i got a call from a Maxis personnel. couldn't be sure as the number appeared as 'witheld' in my phone. they asked me whether my problem was solved after my previous call to Hotlink CS... and i told them NO and said i wasn't happy with their lame service. straight in da face. now the person says that he'll trace back my previous conversations with the staff and resolve the matter.

lol, i hope he enjoys listening to my flame session with the 3 staffs who got it from me. never screwed anyone like this in my life before.

I always faced problem with SMS sending. Always got sending error for the first and I have to resend.

that day i called up Hotlink CC again and had another debate with the fella. he seems so lost, ROFL...

don't you guys think that the Maxis network is getting poorer and poorer?! starts to piss me off liao~

and btw, about the personnel who called me up and asked me bout my satisfactory towards their staff, according to the fella who talked to me in the CC line, he says that there is no such survey given out by Maxis wor...
