My guess it has some connections with RUSH. I always received circulating SMSes from RUSH.

The new Easy plan has more than one charging blocks. I think 12sec/block and 4sec/block.
The conventional plans (Talk and SMS) are charged based on 30sec/block. |

They're meant for short calls.
If make a call that lasts for 10 or 15 secs, you will feel the difference from the current 30 sec/block charging rate. |

Not sure for 012 starter pack but 0142 is definitely yes.
Maybe 012/017 will still come with Talk Plan. |

To switch to Total Plan from Talk or SMS Plan, please call our Customer Care Line at 1300 820 120. <--- maybe they want to verify if you have a registered subscriber.

The total plan is a new plan that comes with new starter with 0142 prefix.
