I think should be 7 days. I guess the double validity period only valid if you perform a reload.

 try to go off peak hours,can get it done much quicker...and also when u change ur simcard u hav 2 wait a day or two b4 it activates..well that's wat they told me  |

The 128K 3G USIM card is given for FOC if you have a 3G phone by showing them.
