I read a lot of comments and article emphasizing that there is no way to reduce fat at a specific spot.

This got me thinking.... if I do weighted leg raise everyday.....and only leg raise... does that mean I could lose fat on my belly and obliques as well and not just my thigh?? shocking.gif

Actually it's quite simple, it's best to start skinny as f***, like all bones at 11% bodyfat so you can bulk for 1.5-2 years before you need to cut.

Second, if you fat or chubby... maybe got tummy abit and at 18%-25% bodyfat, but malas to do an initial cut before training, you can eat at maintenance (keep weight constant, it's called a recomp) and train for 1.5 years until your bodyfat % reaches 11%.

Third, you can cut and become a super skinny faggot skeleton before start training, so you can do the great 2 year bulk.

If your diet is shit, you will lose no weight still.

Eat below maintenance, work out your entire body and from there, you might start to see some changes.

... try not to confuse yourself between losing fat and building muscle ... losing fat = cardio training, crossfit training or high intensity training + proper diet program ... building muscle = spot training + proper diet ... so. in order to loose fat and build muscle at the same time --> (losing fat = cardio training, crossfit training or high intensity training) + (building muscle = spot training) + (proper diet) ... if you are skinny and wish to bulk up, then it all a different process ... there are no one fitness program that cut out for all ... it can be tailor for different people with different needs ... but please do ask advise medically from a qualified person before doing any cardio training, crossfit training or high intensity training if you are really overweight or not fit in any sense ... don't want you to collapse and die instead if your heart can't take the pressure ... this is just a personal knowledge and I am not a qualify person in the field of fitness ... smile.gif ...
