Just want to ask, how important is PTPTN in the loan approval?
*
Dear,

1. March ccris update, ptptn had updated bundle of defaulters. Even defaulting 3months will get yr record in the ccris. Well I can is, gov need cash. Haha

2. If ptptn arrears appeared in ptptn. It will make ur loan rejected.
Well, to topple this, you need to either settle the ptptn loan and get 4 pages of loan settlement letter
Or
Ask for ptptn loan restructuring. Then get restructuring letter from ptptn.

3. Apply loan with both of either one of the letter, will get ur loan approved. As per all my cases this month got affected by ptptn debt. All proceed smoothly with the letter provided by ptptn.

Cheers

Anything as long as CCRIS, all ur loan and credit card application will be considered "frozen" until you pay it off.

Depends on whether PTPTN follow the guideline set by BNM. They're adapting the system now. I mean if you can settle things earlier, then why wait until last minute right ? smile.gif

Dear,

Yes, you will need to visit them to get the statement to show the dividend credited. Or if you have the book to show the dividend credited,  can prooced.

2. Well, dividend do help in boosting ur income. Best is if you get 2 years of dividend income shown. 2014 and 2015. Some bank takes 2 years some 1 year

Cheers

Dear captain america,

1. To give you the most concise answer, do settle the loan with ptptn before 28th or 29th. There's a cut off time in between the end of the month for this. Hence, you don't really have much time, if you want your CCRIS on the 10th April to reflect cleared status.

However, with the ccris showing ptptn debt, you can still proceed with the loan submission, given that you have the letters to show you have either settled or restructure the ptptn debt outstanding.

2. Just do it ASAP, it buys you a peaceful mind.

Cheers.

Dear cybpsych,

1. Yes, bank will need to look at the credited dividend amount, given that it is stated in the book or in a statement. Either way will work.

2. well, do send me a reference to confirm whether this can be used.

Cheers. biggrin.gif

Booklet can use, as long as got more than 2 years record should be quite safe, 1 year record only some banks can accept.
