Install both MSN Live & 7.5, can?, On same PC??

If this is to enabled to login more than one account
then jus use the messbe patch and enable the polygamy option http://www.mess.be/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=683 or Click ME to download mess patch for WLM you do not need to have both wlm and msn7.5. just wlm alone is sufficient |

Does this got anything to do with the language and regional setting in my PC?? The language for non-Unicode program in my PC is set to Chinese(Taiwan) coz I have some chinese games.
