Was told that no reno on outer facade for next two years ie until strata title is put. No even laying tiles on the grass area.

well that sux. lol. closing the courtyard definitely requires wall hacking 

if one person complaint mostly wont work, owners should group as a team to complaint with them will be higher chance...

After 3 years of purchasing the house, we finally received the keys.
SEG is one the best residential projects in Cyberjaya and no doubt it will continue attracting ppl to move in for own stay and enjoying capital appreciation with the right community built. As some feedback from my contacts, there are some irresponsible agents would like to push SEG to Negro. The agents wont care about your house. They just want to collect commission and walk away with problems left behind you once the Negro tenants move in.
The rent that you collected - barely RM 3-4K is not worth the damages.
Your house will be badly damage, they don't take care the facilities, spoil the serene living environment and probably convert it to drug lab inside your house.
Think twice and say NO to them, pls.

I have finally collected the keys for Liu Li Garden and Lepironia Garden.
Workmanship wise I would say above average however notice that some leakage from ceiling and tiling works is horrible.
Tiles are not properly installed which ends up one piece slightly up / down than the one next to it.
Complaint to SPS and they said they will look into this. Also, the turf given inside the unit is really bad compare to turf given in Liu Li Garden.
So yellowish, segregated and poorly done. Car porch area - poor design of the roof making car porch totally wet when rain and cant even leave the shoes outside.
Still plenty to be improved by SEG but two thumbs up for their good coordination and after sales service.

Went to SEG today. When coming down from the flyover towards the roundabout, saw 1 unit of Liu Li extended the back kitchen for around 10 - 15 feet.
Asked the sales person at the gallery, they are not aware of it and are not sure whether is allowed.

this is important... the soul is more important than the physical , structural...

by the way, are we only using car sticker to enter our housing area?

even apartment at setia alam also using access card...

my concern is the sticker could be transfer easily and any one can replica the sticker and enter our area.... i feel this is NOT RIGHT... !!!!
