My unit quite bad , many water mark , all across the master bed room.yet to do the defect complaint yet . I am not worried abt the defect and warranty , however , it will delay the renovation progress ...

The back yard water features all not done yet ... Macam half way only ... Definitely not fit for occupation yet ...

This is my first time buying from SPS. I thought they have more class.

Went for first inspection today. Was told only 30+ owners got thier keys. Not very happy with wavy walls and touch up paint job that looks, well like touch up jobs. Hairline cracks are seen on external walls. The granite table where the basin seats in all toilets has this joint that is exposed. Pls refer picture. Have to come another day to test electrical and toilets. Truly a rush job so that we can't clainm LAD.

I think we should write a letter to sps to clarify why they allow cases like this? Or they practice double standards? Better do it now so that it's a good references in future when negotiating.

Was told that no reno on outer facade for next two years ie until strata title is put. No even laying tiles on the grass area.

Sorry to hear that. Check the sliding door locking mechanism and window handles too. It's fairly bad. The contractor promised me that it will be fixed without much issue. Let's see how true..
*
Yes, the sliding door at the guest room is not aligned to the track. One of the complaints too. Window handles were ok.

There is an enclosed area next to the upstairs living room. Any idea what to do with that?

I stand corrected.....noticed that seg they gave cowgrass only....not Taiwanese grass as their premium offering......
*
Its taiwanese grass.

I manage to speak to the landscape contractor. He said that the contract for landscaping the garden around the fountain and along the common areas are manged by his company. The taiwanese grass in the house compound are planted by the developer and they spot plant. My house is worst in terms of discoloration. Workers from the fountain area use my house as the walkway! Complain kau kau.

I have not receive any calls from SPS to reinspect, hope they are more meticulous this time round.

Setia Eco Glades was not built on a Swap land and secondly, despite the tough rental market in Cyberjaya, i manage to rent my Semi-D in Setia Eco Glades for Rm7000  biggrin.gif So i believe there is still market especially for Setia Eco Glades!

Moved in last month (island unit), everything above my expectation except the annoying noise from the main road behind my unit and, super many mosquito!!!

I have seven insect zappers but still unable to reduce the number of mosquito inside my house....
*
Yikes, mossies. While visiting at Lepironia, i didn't get any mosquito bites. Any comments from residents of Lepironia?

Just moved in! So far so good. Good that Setia gives 36 months warranty. Can still get them to rectify.

Congrats. Are you in the lepironia precinct? Wondering if the tenants already started to move to lepironia West.
*
Yes. I see around 10-20 houses occupied in Lepironia West.

One thing for sure lepironia landscape is very nice. All the best!
*
The reason why we bought lepironia was the landscape. So JMB must make sure this is well taken care and the owners kwai kwai pay up the monthly fees. I enjoy my runs and walks which is just at the back of my house!

On the master, must say it is smaller than my previous house but the walk-in and toilet is bigger. The biggest plus point of the master is the balcony that overlooks the garden but of course the downside is people from outside can look in. So you win some, you loose some. My family do enjoy the bigger family hall.

The way the house is designed, (i am no designer) is to bring the outside in, with all the big windows and sliding doors. it works for me. My family is enjoying ourselves. The gym is well equipped, swimming pool is functional, friendly neighbors. So no regrets moving in.

How do u find living in SEG? Convenient for food and groceries?

How's the community and the living environment? Do u or ur family need to travel to KL often?

Thinking of getting a place in SEG
*
Moved here almost 4 years from Cheras. Office in KL. Very happy with the environment and got use to the convenience. Village grocer is 5 minutes away. Dont expect kopitiam & foodcourt all over the place but you can find gems here and there in Cyber. Puchong & Dengkil is 15 to 20 minutes.

Community generally ok. Friendly neighbors. Children run/bicycle around. lots of joggers/walkers in the mornings and evenings. Order meat/fruits together. But you may find some issues as different races and nationalities stays together. My place we have tenants of different nationalities.

During MCO, best place to be in. You'll appreciate the lush greenery. As I am writing this, birds chirping outside the house.

MEX highway, no police block as a lot of VIP uses the highway to Putrajaya.
