The island unit side. As in the setia marina side.
Lepironia side especially the brown resort style one used to be higher ground, a small hill

sifu, northern western view good?

though i don't think the hammock club is exclusive to this phase's residents / buyers.....looks like later it will be open to the condo owners / other phases as well...

ideal is "sit north face south"
West is sunset direction, usually peoples concern hot. Compared with east and west, peoples usually prefer east cause morning sun are more comfortable than evening sun.
However if the facing are not true West, got siam from side, peoples now can tutup one eye even not ideal.
If you are buying corner/endlot, always check your west is open side or got other house to block for you, you understand what i mean?
Cause endlot/corner if west are open side, the daily sunset is a big grill, cook your house gao gao....

As of Fengshui, actually direction change every year one, can't bother much.

As i said, compared to evening sun, peoples usually prefer morning sun.
Sometime you have to see overall setting, not just facing itself.

Let's take some extreme example for your better understanding.
Eg, this Rosario 26,27, 15 avoid,
16, 37 and 51 okay.
Take no 27 as case study, even facing SE but side are open naked to West.
Take 16 as example, even facing NW, but big portion of west are blocked by 17. No direct receive evening sun, master room expect to be warmer.

Anyway, i am not a pro, just sharing my personal view.

But if your back got house to block, should be fine still.
5pm sun are not directly shine from upright. it's from side.
Unless we are talking about 12pm to 2 pm, but if from upright all direction would be same, no different.

hmm in most SEG parcels with big gardens, the houses at the back is another10 meters away. back is a garden. one option is to wait for the trees to grow

Discussion are based on Rosario because earlier forumers are dicussing facing direction of Rosario.
As i said, every case would be different depends on general setting and layout can't simply judge by facing alone.

If want be picky, forever won't get a perfect one.
I only believe one thing, the one you got would be the best for you. It's either you choose it or it chooses you.

I guess it's more of personal preference do you like to stay next clubhouse because you should have vetter view but it will be more busy and could be noisy sometimes. If the clubhouse is outside the perimeter fencing, it doesn't shorten the distance to access to those facilities still.

However, take note that usually clubhouse got swimming pool, if the pool is at the right position, it could activate good qi, if the pool happen to be bad spot, then it will activate bad qi.
