SEG is indeed a good place to stay. And Cyber’s location is not that bad either and conveniently linked with highways to KL and KLIA, much better than Semenyih, puncak Alam etc if u ask me. However, it’s far from places like Subang, Damansara etc. Unless you work in those areas, why bother going there when U can do your shopping in Midvalley, Pavillion and so on?

I think most of us choose to stay in SEG not really bother whether we can go shopping in those big malls, we loves the environment here.
I myself love greens and quiet peaceful feelings (we all know how important security means to Malaysian, SEG doing a great job in this), when I see my kids can do outdoor activities anytime and enjoy neighborhood childhood companionship like those old days, myself can jog/ cycling anytime within our township area or putrajaya, I think all those distance or shopping issues is nothing.
My family used to stay walking distance to big shopping mall, but my kids don't even know the name of the boy who stay next door...We basically like stay in 4 walls within ourselves. (I will never want to back to those city's life style after move in SEG, but yes I work in kl biggrin.gif )
With current price tag, township size and plan, location within major highways... I think it's a good move to stay here.

I do hope SEG is free from, or at least having higher quality Africans in the community. I would think that these students are just renting and them being students, party is a norm. Not only JMB needs to restrict but owners should also have such awareness.

Shall see for myself when I visit Liu Li..would weekends be the best time to drop by to have the best depiction of the community?
