Both island and mainland also will hav own guardhouse & parcel that outsider cannot enter, it is fair to hav own security n exclusivity. If mainlander can enter island then islander should also permitted to enter mainland gardens, but this is so "rojak" feel... If like this No more exclusive lo..

My kids loved this place so much, they play at different playground, they cycling with friends and go to swimming pool play water guns whenever they want... Adult also enjoy greenery and having very healthy lifestyle, many of us plant vege at our garden and cycling with kids too... You won't regret to move in here
