I think sejati residence also selling 24' x 80'.
I think definitely price bench marking will happen between the 2 projects.

Too be honest I prefer semi d at SR than Seg.
Nicer layout with bigger build up however landscape wise think seg is the best in cyberjaya.

From what I understand once the strata title of the unit is out, it’s at the discretion of JMCs to approve the building extension with their own requirement.

Hahahaha..... common sense will tell u that Rm 1.1mil+ for a 26’x95’ with BU of 2900ft2 than a semi d Rm 1.7mil, 41’x95’ with BU of 3250ft2? Not to forget that living environment, density, community quality and exclusivity that yet to be considered.

From what I understand the land opp SEG at lingkaran putrajaya is actually owned by DPC as land bank for future development.
