maybe post discount, 22' x 80' - Rm 1mil. 24' x 80' - Rm 1.2mil. Too be honest I prefer semi d at SR than Seg.

A landed superlink is a more value buy than semi d? Hahahaha..... common sense will tell u that Rm 1.1mil+ for a 26’x95’ with BU of 2900ft2 than a semi d Rm 1.7mil, 41’x95’ with BU of 3250ft2?
