QUOTE(Longshot @ Nov 23 2015, 11:51 PM) wow.... every time i read this thread... i get more and more excited... The perimeter fencing around Western Heritage should be temporary. Eastern and Western heritage expected to VP next year Sep, so it is for safety reason to fence it up.the poison in this thread is indeed strong... btw, are those permanent perimeter fencing i see at the side of the 3rd pictures? |

yesterday i went to check on liu li and the so call uneven external wall. It is intentional because all looks the same. So it is a textured design. shouldn't complain on workmanship but the design.

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Aug 6 2017, 05:08 AM) U must wonder why ppl still pay premium for such lake. Oh well SEG is much better I would. Most of the island units can enjoy the same lake view, not just premium units. These are daily photos taken from other SEG owners, credit to them Actually i wont even called them lake. Its just a glorified monsoon drainage system.......same w seg. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 7 2017, 05:17 AM) Overall landscape in SEG is better however in term of quality community SEP takes the lead - mainly are own stay professional, bzman and MNC director or public listed owner. True true. And recently I see more owners moving in on the island units, which is a good sign. Perhaps when the SRJK© Union is ready early next year, we will see much more owners moving in. |

QUOTE(Longshot @ Sep 17 2017, 09:58 AM) Visited the gallery this afternoon. I understand that islanders are restricted , only can access their own phase. Perhaps Setia will install some gate access on the bridge, not clear yet.Quite a big crowd. Many show interest in Grasmere. The 24x80 is the premium one. Only 4 rows of which 2 will be facing the Bund. Another row will face the Meadows Lake with the water wheel. Last row will face the waterways leading to the Bund. Please note next to this row is the bridge link directly to the Bund. Which means ALL island units can walk thru Grasmere from The Bund. This is potentially a deal breaker as I definitely don't want people walking around my phase even though they are residents in the same township. In terms of design, the 24x80 u can still partition partly the living area to create another room at the expense of a smaller living area. The living area is at the back, facing the water features so the room could be quite nice and enjoy a nice view. Sadly, the same can't be done for the 22x80 as the living is in front facing the car park. The back is the dinning and kitchen. There is nowhere to put another room. This type design is made even worse where upstairs master bedroom is located above the kitchen. Chinese would not like this and is difficult to overcome. Another issue is the open concept where the entrance will see all the way to the end. For Chinese, difficult to find a place to put the prayer altar. If required. Overall, nice concept but a concern on the inside layout and that bridge to the Bund. Personally, I think Semaya Charms of Nusantara link units is a better buy at rm1.28mil as seen in iproperty. Just my RM0.02 cents view |

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ May 7 2019, 02:37 PM) They tool over from inp... Staying in SEG for 2 years now, their service still very much up to standard.Perhaps different standard from projects that always under their names. But bad services i hear many times already from setia. Staff training is important...i doubt setia still allocating the same amt of budget for their staff training. |

QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Jun 8 2019, 04:15 AM) Guys, is Cyberjaya City Centre MRT station project is still ON or cancel? To my opinion, CCC depends on HSR to Singapore. If HSR continue to be on hold, it won't start.http://www.mrt.com.my/ssp/Cyberjaya_City_Centre_Station.htm A station there would be nice for us residence as the location is much nearer to central area residents to hop on rather than the north side near to MCT Skypark |
