OC newbie here.  there is only one best setting for u.. why not test it first?..  neway since ur ram bt-d43, maybe u can loose the timing to 3-4-4-8, raise the VDimm to 2.8.. after dat only u increase the fsb.. keep it at 1:1 divider.. let see how far ur procs can go 1st..  disable the CnQ.. make sure to keep ur HT speed 1000 or below(HTT * HT multiplier == HT speed).. u can make it by adjust the HT multiplier.. have fun..
