I think the mobo just gets fried up, Abit motherboard is never good at OC which dissapoints me much..... 
saying that abit boards dont clock well, its like saying you were born with a peanut in your head.it depends how you clock them. i've moved from abit to msi and i hate msi even more. its crap!
