I'm using am2 6000+(3.25Ghz), fsb 250, ht multiplier 4, cpu multiplier 13, dram freq=406mhz.
Core Volt = 1.416V, Memory Volt = 2.1V, HT Volt = 1.3V, NB Volt = 1.2
Recently change the stock cooler to hyper 212 coz stock cooler fail prime95 at this speed and temperature drop to:

why does the performance drop when proc getting cooler? (i'm using exactly the same bios setting)
is there any effect on performance if HT bus speed < 1000?
