firstly, are you overclock using 1:1 or memory divider, if 1:1, there's possibilities that your RAM can't go with your CPU, so that leads to reboot and reboot... IMO, you should use memory divider, try experiment with your CPU, how high your CPU can go, after that (found the highest CPU can go), then go for RAM...
