based of my only 1 yr working experience....

i would said 'luck' is juz 30% probably....mostly is ofcoz 'working attitude'

i was employed into d same firm together wit 2 other female, 1 same qualification as me (spm)...another is higher (a degree holder)...

v start off wit d same RM900.....after 3 months i got increment to RM1.1K....both of them got only RM50 increment...

while after 1/2 yr...i got another increment... RM1.2K.....both of them remain d same....

n is all becoz...d degree holder tends to chat on d phone very often....n alwiz take a long time to finish 1 task....while d 2nd lagi teruk, still eating breakfast @ 9.15am n apply for 1 month leave to visit her boyfriend @ taiwan....
