I will not take risk to purchase Rainz, that piece of land is abrupt slope and the developer didn't perform any mitigation steps and just build on it.

If there is underground water movement because of heavy rain, i am sorry to say maybe something bad is going to happen.

it's not difficult to get approval from KESAS, but it's difficult to get funding, as KESAS will not sponsor of the project

Means the developer has to fork out their money from his own pocket or.......

transfer the cost to buyers....

i am going to sign next week, there is no point to drag....

I was told... if some stubborn wants to drag and try to get more compensation..

THey will continue to build it but at the same time they going to drop the price drastically to release the rest of the units.
