I think WCT will wait for skyworld for the final price. If skyluxe really launch at 9xx and sold off. Then WCT will launch at RM 1000. If skyluxe not selling well the price will adjust to lower.

average transacted price for KM1 and treez average is RM 650 psf. RM 820 I think a bit hard for them to sell. It the price RM 750 psf will be better.

Yes can walk in and register. They will brief you the project. The showroom only ready in June.

Yes look impress of the mall, however WALTZ if opposite the building of selling RM 820 psf no so attractive.

true la, the land only cost RM 180 psf purchase on 2012, even selling rm 650 psf also earn a lot already (estimate the construction cost RM 350 psf). MAy be they use the money to built the shopping mall.

I think is yes like OUG landed now is RM 750 K compare to Condo like WCT also RM 750 K. Condo the rental is higher compare to landed but appreciate rate landed is higher.

Definitely if you want to look for big size rainz still affordable price , less than rm 600 psf. However just left the 15 units. IF interested can discuss privately.

although near by condo is rm 500 - rm 600 psf. Rainz is given mostly full furnish kitchen cabinet, stove, built in oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer, air cond, wardrobe. all this need to be consider.

Definitely I got different view, Desmond Lim only got 19.67% share for WCT. He is not 51% share yet. So I think WCT paradigmn city mall will still continue.Why desmond lim increase more share for WCT, I think he also agree the OUG piece of land can be develop further. So is the good chance to get the WALTZ residence now.
