Problem in our country here is due to basically very very low, or totally 'no entry requirements' to be an agent.
But the transaction value is huge in compare to others industries...

The first few gullible buyers of this project were promised a mega mall ala mid valley style.

This is not going to happen now, because the new owner has another mega mall nearby. As they said, one mountain cannot contain 2 tigers.

Now, how to pacify the earlier gullible buyers? Give them an option to cancel their SPAs, PROVIDED 100% agreed (which will never happened, even Trump is a minority President).

So, a few agreed to sign and get some some peanuts for their efforts, but it will never be 100% no matter what unless the reward for getting 100% consensus is a round the world trip on a Royal Caribbean's Harmony for 2 persons.   

So the grand sandiwara plan failed.....which never would succeed in the first place.

NOW, since there is no mall anymore.....for those that agreed to back-out, the excuse is please blame those that refused to back-out. For those that refused to back-out, they can't complain in the future because they were given a chance to terminate their SPAs but they didn't want to.
