That is true though, despite the fact that many agents that we encounter will tell us - this is 99% sold, with 1 last unit left.

Comparing Bukit Jalil City and Paradigm Garden City, which one will fare better?
Trust that now these 2 projects under the same developer, these 2 projects will be complementing each other instead of competing with each other with the same selling points?

When I was passing the road, I saw that 2 big cranes are erected on The Waltz Residence site.

Is this project to be constructed as per planned?
