For second Phase either provide furniture or like trinity aquata unit without install point and tiles then can sell cheaper...

main driver to investor bought 1st phase is bcoz of "FIRST" phase

by the way, how was the 2nd block sales now? if more than 75%, consider very good already...

less developer can do this nowadays but still got, Aset Kayamas launching The Henge Kepong Phase 2 @ April after those buyers choose the unit directly signed SPA with the lawyer ...
