I am waiting to see what's the price tag and building design, layout for Paradigm residential suites. Quite interested in it compared to Pavilion II.

Visited the show gallery and makaned some meehoon+fried rice+curry chicken+drink but no satay
 Anyway, this is a very good location in IMO, with very good accessibility. Guess this is the last piece of land bank in OUG? An affordable home, as i thought the developer would have priced it around MYR 1k psf. |

Hows the sales for today? 90% sold?? Paradigm PJ and Paradigm OUG are different location. along LDP got so many malls, starting from IOI mall, to Sunway pyramid, Iconcity, Paradigm, Atria, Tropicana mall, 1U, Curve, Empirecity. Whilst Bukit Jalil only got Paradigm n Pavilion
