EXACTLY! They sold us with mixed development then they SCRAPED the 2016 plan!!!
Now they just launched a UNDESIRABLE master plan during MAPLE launch. So how do they give assurance year 2024 they wont change their mind again?

If you speak about defect and reno, just go and see the unit. There are owner plan to fork out extra just to hack and throw away those "free gift" furnish stuff from developer.

looking through here make me feel afraid to purchase new launch project..

Was interested in Waltz dual key unit and arranged for viewing several days ago. Was shocked when I visited the place, the visitor lobby is pretty much non-existence, only 2 small tables placed in open area near the guardhouse. The main doors for the units is of poor quality, frankly there's nothing worth mentioning except for nice pool view and at least they have a nice room for mail box.

Crossed this project out of my list.

I'm also looking forward for the developer to rectify these artistic walls. Hope they won't deem it as architect design of waltz else it is really embarrassing. Never seen such walls before so far for other condo projects. There's nothing to be proud of this condo except for that affordable luxury sky pool 🤦🏻‍♂️

Alot of defects and slow in repairing. Might be due to MCO and laying off workers. 

Workmanship is bad enough already yet the management office is giving more headaches to the owners. I doubt they can even fully fixed the defects this year, owners who had move in now have to withstand the drilling sound from the contractor until 10pm everyday to rush on fixing the defects.

What's more worrying is those flying objects everytime it rains as you can see from the picture. The architect did not thought of the reinforcement of the building structure to withstand strong rain and windy weather 🤦🏻‍♂️ everything they do now is an afterthought and complaints from residents

Honestly Waltz location has its own value, right opp OUG township and the future 60ac "unknown land". Rare to hv sizable land in kl nowsday with many access...

Im jz curios why every project at bj are claimed to hv walking distance to pavilion. In facts only limited projects are really walking distance...
