Hi all, this is my first post in lowyat. I have follow up here for quite sometime for recent update in BMC and Sg Long.

I have been staying in BMC Sec 1 for the past 3 years and I am also the owner of Taming Indah 2.

Hope all taikor and taijie guan jiu guan jiu me. tongue.gif

I started my journey since 6.20am this morning and exit thru BMC and Salak Highway. I reach Federal Highway at 7am and 7.10am at Bangsar LRT.

I cant remember whether Loan Legal is free or not. But stamp duty is confirmed by purchasers.

The SemiD is wonderful with land size 45 x 85. Superlink is 24 x 75. All 3 storey. All come space allocated for walk in wardrobe. Layout for superlink intermediate is different from corner.

But I think they are in rushed to push the houses to the market. The curtain length does not fit.... tongue.gif

I bought 2 phase. I was attracted with the quality of material given except for the brick tongue.gif

As I mentioned, I am currently staying at BMC Sec 1. I used the new road from Sec 1 and crossing Mahkota Residence from back. I joined the massive jam at the traffic light.

My house is actually opposite of Sec 7. So it is considered furthest from the mining in Sec 1. I am not sure the impact as I am not at home during normal working day. Yes, there are few hair lines crack in my house but it is not serious. I suspect it is due to thermal expansion and reduction of cement as the hair lines crack only appear on the area I have renovated. So I think it is normal and can be covered with coating.

Please plenty of units available from developer. But they are not keen to push to the market. Similar to Mutiara Indah

I wish too since I can have pretty good capital gain. Currently, Type Bravo (22' x 88') still available with price 1.25 mil. 20k discount and free SPA legal only. Type Alpha (22' x 75') is limited with price 1.125mil. Free SPA legal only.

The good thing is what you see is what you get. There are 4 pieces of empty land still no buyer.

Target key collection is Q3 2015. But seem they managed to hand over next month.

Yes, SemiD come with solar panel.

I am looking for private perimeter fencing if pay at this price range. Cheras Vista phase 1, 2 and 3 does not have proper fencing and look ugly in my 2 cents.

They can't block that main road, as I think it will eventually link to Vantage (Lion) there.

I mean the perimeter fencing allocated only for Vista Cheras. I don't think simply putting a wiring fencing to block the road considered as good planning.

Agreed that DPC has a good planning. All the phase has their own fencing and guarded check point surrounded with commercial and leisure park. But it seems crowded with numbers of new condo in the area.

How come I feel exit from Sg Long is consuming more time instead of exit from BMC in order to access to Grand Saga Highway? Longer distance? Traffic congestion right after the toll?

Anyway, good news to have the access which may help to relax on the traffic condition in that area. But when is the completion date? doh.gif

Depends on the traffic condition, I do used the access via Sg Long.
