2) Jogging path at big field (pending approval)
3) Widening road at SL9/9A exit by 30m, so that specific entry lane for residents & visitors can be made (pending approval)

With RM50 security fee per month, you have 24 hours security,  fully fenced up with perimeter wall, landscaped liner garden with 2 playgrounds, reflexology path etc but still got 11% residents doesn't want to pay, sigh.

Sg Long residents is lucky as not only SHL but Kihuat, Wira Cheras, Tanming also use full red brick compared with other developer such as Tropicana, IOI only use red brick for intermediate wall although they sell at very high price.

iniitally i thought possibly user problem but after sometime, i pressume it is grand saga who didnt maintain it properly.

Leave home 6.45am today, reach Garnd Saga at 6.56am traffic considered not too bad in Jalan Sg Long, reach Tunnek connecting Connaught & Cheras at 7.15am, the nightmare start....jam all the way end up take me 1 hour and 20 minutes in total to reach Kelincir Link.

Let try 6.30am tomorrow.
