Is the RM1.5 mln a one-off payment, monthly payment or annual payment

Does not seem to be one-off payment cos maintaining a road over a long period with heavy traffic is expensive

Not enough to maintain the access road cos its only RM40.5K per year.

With lorries, buses, cars, etc, roads need to be resurfaced regularly.
