From here we can have an idea how many unit of condo nearby UTAR.

I foresee that Sg Long will be very jam and this make students Sg Long first rather than BMC. If student is driving, then car park will be another issue arise!

It may be will put a feeder bus at Sg Long once the MRT is completed. From Sg Long, BMC to MRT station! rclxms.gif

Bro.. I heard there was a murder case in SL4, the husband killed his wife and buried in the house. Have you all heard it before?

I'm not sure whether is true or not!

you rent your unit earlier than UTAR students come in, that time the rental still not yet up to this high yet.
my unit empty few months for looking tenants before!
