COE is tied to one particular vehicle so for used vehicles there's no bidding.

Depends on specialisation.
if generic developer/programmer role probably 3.2-3.5 with 1 year exp.

When it comes to food, I still prefer other Malaysians' recommendation over the locals tongue.gif

Here are some that I like: 

Sarawak kolo mee = QQ Noodle House@Bugis
Chicken rice = corner coffee shop near United Square (dunno what name)
Wantan mee = coffee shop next to Toa Payoh Central CC
Mee Pok = Kai Juan Coffeeshop@Balistier 

I'm running out of things to do here and planning to explore more more places over the long weekend  biggrin.gif
