IMU is near, but i think got better option at bukit jalil.

taylor lakeside is near too, got a "small road" to go sunway, can by pass LDP toll.

Even those agents who are desperate for sale are calling owners up and asking for much higher (RM400k++ onwards).

So many transactions since early this year that are in the region of RM410k-RM420k. Impossible for it to go to RM350k unless there's riot or major global economy meltdown.

Just my 2 cents.
