Yes. Around 30% already. Based on the cars parked at the public carpark at shoplots downstair, there is quite a lot ppl. Hard to find parking in orange block if come home late. Grey color block still have many empty parking.

Even those agents who are desperate for sale are calling owners up and asking for much higher (RM400k++ onwards).

So many transactions since early this year that are in the region of RM410k-RM420k. Impossible for it to go to RM350k unless there's riot or major global economy meltdown.

Its really annoying when ur relatives visit u, almost 1 hour but still cant get any parking space at ground floor. Selfish resident dont want park their car in their own parking spot. Ground floor parking is for visitor u dumbasss!!!!! Security guard also like shiet.
