Anyone knows what's the purchase price of the unit ?

A checked a few other recent vp projects in the area, also found there are auction units. But the auction prices do not seem to be cheap.

Sounds like many owner rent out desperately... Nothing to surprise as 4K units, how long can a owner wait?

the rental market rate at parklane OUG range from RM1,200 onward. For those who bought phrase 1, the rental can cover their loan amount so they can rent it out immediately while those who bought phrase 3 maybe hardly to rent out cos they asking price maybe higher than the market rate. If not, the rental totally cant recover it loan amount.

As I know, the subsale for this area ranging from RM390k to RM450k. This is good for those who bought the house at phrase 1 cos they can earn profit while phrase 3 need to wait for another few year

Living room and shoe cabinet. Dark/natural shades. Suppose to be minimalist styling but didn't really work out and place looks a little overloaded. Good learning experience anyway and will go lighter in my next renovation.
