Well got something to share here...

It is all depend on individual level at the end. There are many different properties in the market to cater for different level of people in this world, we have flat, apartment, condo, terrace landed, semi-D and bungalow...For people who afford staying in apartment will say flat is too small, many foreigner like Indo, Bangla for example; people afford in condo will say apartment no lift and crowded compare to condo.

I believe people staying in bungalow also will tell those staying in terrace landed, why few guards taking care of hundred of house. It is not safe. It is better to get a personal guard with gun!

Talking about safety, I don't think so called "Rich" people place will be less crime? Or it is a better place for people to target by people. Rob a rich is better than rob at Parklane. Now a day rob no need to break in, ppls are waiting when u drive in/out after the guard house to rob.

So, it all depend on what level of people you asking for comments. Haha

Anyway, Parklane is a quite OK place in term of its location, price and accessibility to highways and shops. No doubt there are some blacky and some traffic, which I think many high-end condo also can't avoid for these!

I think u didn't get my point here.

Simple eg is you seeing people staying in parklane is not enough security. U said this is because maybe u stay in landed with G&G. On the other hand, some1 higher level than you, those staying in bungalow having personal guard will tell you, Mr JustNobody, the place u stay is not safe enough, few guards look after whole taman. He will tell u is better to get a personal guard better and safer like him.

So, as I said in this world there are many people at different level, u see ppl staying in parklane not safe, same ppl see you didn't have personal guard not safe.

Everybody know bungalow with 2 personal guards with gun is safer than staying in apartment. But why still so many stay in apartment, flat...different ppl different earning and different budget.

Like everybody know BMW is better and more comfort to drive. But why still so many ppl driving Japanese car. You are telling people "yr mother is a women".

You seem like take yrself as standard. Those who lower than you, you try ask them to move to yr level. Those higher than you, u will think no need to that extend as too luxury. 

What you trying to do in Parklane forum here? Trying to insult people here because staying in this place as compare to you?! Is that your intention?
