i heard that it will be new paradigm mall next to parklane soon. a few km away. Developed by WTC. and soon another Pavillion2 in BJ completed.
hopefully it will boost parklane oug price in the future.

May be you can rent to ph and use the rental to buy somewhere else.

Don't need the tenant to promise me anything, don't need all those.

What I did is a very thorough search on my tenant for another prop. Called up his company to make sure he is employed there for at least a year. Company must be decent big, reputable company (if local) or MNC. And most importantly, check CCRIS report too.

First time there today to pick up a friend, orange building. Looks cheap skate and low cost. Saw countless foreigners loitering around, very congested. Not good in my books

The building doesnt look enticing. Car park problem, differrnt confusing entrance, no security guards, lots of cheapy shoos mainly cater to low income foreigners. Speedmart77, kedai 1Malaysia, mamaks are low class in my opinion

African is smooth talker and superb in bed, malaysian gals like it.....

Owners should form a task force to screen out / improve security. afterall this is your family or your investment.

Many high density project on going right now, this's the adverse example of how such high density living areas might be.

Why the owner don't discount rental price like 20% lower than market price and finding seller in the same time.. he will bear some loss for sure but at least no need to bankruptcy. I guess he did but eventually also can't cover, thus ended up like this.

I'm worry about buying any condo now... but keep money in milo tin also gg. Making money is between line... good luck to myself.

Yes.. why he don't rent to ph? Or he's just failed in business/huge debt and oug pl just on of his total debt..

is that any case regarding the ph did ? because i'm penang ppl i planning to purchase one house at there i feel  that location of  parklane really not bad but from 2015 comment until now i saw there was a lot of issue with ph rite ?

does the management did something with ph issue ?

anyone who willing to sell parklane house ? can left a comment ?

i'm married but just now i asked the local chinese they said for phrase 1 its is not recommend reason is their maintenance ppl is not really cooperated with owner  and phrase 2 is not good for ( feng shui ) phrase 3 most of the owner are chinese ... and he said so far not too many trouble .

only bodoh,keyboard warriors and noob people will say PL is not safe.but when other things happened in Kiara,Hartamas,etc all very quiet and never say a word.
i have stayed here almost 2 years,i am lady and got no issues.
if you really man enough,then can stay in a cave.They are many caves here in Malaysia which i find very safe for some sissified guys who is sooo scared of everything and anything.

Bad things will happen to anyone and anywhere in Malaysia unless you are invisible.i can't afford a bodyguard and but then don't wanna be ended like the one in Penang.. Lol
