Still a good catch!!! Most likely rental enough to cover their installment. Ya....among all those blocks at parklane, block E management consider committed to their job. Despite maintenance fee has slightly increased after they upgraded main lobby entrance with air conditioner and new parking system management. But effort to continually upgrade the facility was never stop, example owner can manage their maintenance fee via App.

Good to hear like that. Mostly i heard is management is very bad, perhaps its for another block of parklane. Can relook into this.

This area is a bit doggy now. Has a lot African too. Commercial area is partially dead now. I had sold mine one as don't see the potential anymore.

If one can bought it at 300k or below , it's really a good buy.
The rental income definitely can cover the installment as the market rate is around 1.3~1.5k i think.

They will start to whatapps you too after this for some hard to sell off unit.
And by calling too if very desperate.
