Uncheck "Show Action When Run" for all 3 actions. Save it as an application.
Make another automation by telling finder to open the application you just saved. you can mix match as u like. just dun worry to try. once u get an idea with it, you can do more wonderful stuff. |

Used to be a bit more tricky with AppleScript. Now with Automator its much more easy.
