Bookings for pre-launch exsclusive are open for registration at project Website www.icona-icity.com.my or at Propertyplus www.propertyplus.com.my.

Only pre-bookings will be able to buy during the actual launch. Based on my experience with the first tower better to book and be on the priority list.

How to survive without car in Malaysia?even though there will be lrt and wet can consider to take lrt but not always the case. We still need car if we need to go some places which do not hv lrt facilities. So we still need car park to park our car.

price will be standard rise i think, est. 3-5% for Parisien Tower compare to Liberty.

congrats on the opening of the hilton but it's just a 4 star hotel.. at the selling prices of Liberty & Parisien, the hotel should be 5 stars.

If they are residential apartments, under the laws must provide carpark......

BUt SOHO and SOVO got huge different. SOHO under HDA, SOVO/FO not.

If agent said designer suites, meaning SOVO lioa loh....NOT under HDA.

Best to check SPA.....agents and so forth...tak boleh harap one lah...they purposely confused buyers.

i know one SOHO project. No carpark but guarantee can rent ONE car park at super low price, like 125rm per month. extra car parks are much more expensive (cant verify but around 300rm) and its not guarantee.

renting carpark is one of the best biz and secured cash flow for jMB to run its duties.

most residential condo projects in Spore and Hongkong dont come with secured carparks.
