The second tower for the Icona Series is launched. The tower is similar to the first but this time it comes fully furnished with all fittings and furnishings. The ID is influenced by French culture and art. This tower is the second of the last 3 residential towers in Icity.

Bookings for pre-launch exsclusive are open for registration at project Website www.icona-icity.com.my or at Propertyplus www.propertyplus.com.my.

Only pre-bookings will be able to buy during the actual launch. Based on my experience with the first tower better to book and be on the priority list.

From my info it should be only about 3% higher than previous and this time they are throwing in full furnishing. However this isn't confirmed.

I think only about 90% sold out with some duplex units remaining. However now days loan rejection around 40% so surely got recycle units being released.

However i think the 2nd block is a better buy as u can get small units and its fully furnished for just an extra 3%. Totally worth-it. Too bad i signed my SPA already.

From the picture i posted on liberty's thread, all units are marked, either booked or sold. anymore units must be drop out units.

i dont see why parisien tower is a better buy than liberty since both are fully furnished. i can guarantee that the loose items (like cutleries, utensils, vase etc.) are also excluded in the paris sien tower. just like liberty and also i-suites.

the only advantage of parisien is it is closer to the mall, and those who didn't manage to get the cheaper unit at liberty, might have another chance on this (albeit with slightly higher price).
