what is upper leg and lower leg ?? lol
upper leg = quads + hamstring lower leg = calves ? well skipping calves is no good, but hey at least your work you quads and hamstring if you really hate it, just simply throw in 3 sets of calves at the end of your leg day or just do at cardio day |
