hate also have to do. i squat 2 times per week. and the DOMS is fun!

Not everyone sees it this way. I walk weird every now and then, like I go do part time at night in belakang lorong haji taib.

My annoying parents in law, regardless how many times I explain why I do it, said I am stupid to make myself going through the pain. I just told them off by, "If do, no pain, I might as well stay home, eat chips and get fat like your son". That is why they never liked me.

Squats is called the king of everything because if you do it right, it works your:-

Quads
Hamstrings
Calves
Glutes
Lower back
Shoulder blades
Arms
Core

So how can you skip squats?

Haha...I liked the way you respond, I'd do the same if I'm in your position. If one never care the only body we lived in, it will deteriorate as we age, soon all sorts of problem will come, high blood, diabetes, heart diseases, stroke etc.

Squats, Lunges and Deadllifts never to be missed. It does more than leg alone.

what is upper leg and lower leg ?? lol

upper leg = quads + hamstring

lower leg = calves ?

well skipping calves is no good, but hey at least your work you quads and hamstring

if you really hate it, just simply throw in 3 sets of calves at the end of your leg day or just do at cardio day
