Not sure it's the right place to ask, but I'll try my luck over here.
Currently I'm using prepaid from Digi, I'm planning to change over to Maxis and get a iPhone 6 Plus.
However, there's balance in my current Digi prepaid with the amount of RM120. Will the balance be burnt or able to carry forward to Maxis plan and deduct from over there?
Thanks in advance.

If not mistaken, cant carry forward, will be burnt. But that was last time based on my experience from porting over from Celcom to Maxis

Guys, if my iphone 6S jatuh masuk into the water, maxis sure void the warranty right? Then do they still accept 1 to 1 change with lower price? Eg RM1100 for it
*
They will accept exchange, but it is rm1700+ or smtg like that, could be higher depending on model. And you will get a refurbished set, but still better than your water damaged set

Have you done this before? My set is 6s with 64gb
True also, have you done this before?

Sorry, but I happened to be at Maxis centre today and I saw a notice stating "Starting from 1st January 2016, Maxis does not provide after sale services for iPhones, you have to go to AASP (Authorised Apple Service Provider) for after sales service" - or something along the lines.
So i guess Maxis does not do warranty claims anymore?

Then is it means that all warranty claim must be send to Apple directly?
*
Means warranty claim you have to go back to AASP like Machines and Mac Studio

Well, firstly, my apologies if this is slightly out of topic, but I'm trying to gather as many disgruntled maxis customers (especially if your contract is nearly or already over) to let your feelings be known to maxis about their recently introduced plan especially for East Malaysians.

There's also a couple of threads in the Maxis Telco thread with regards to this: -

Do leave some comments (civilized ones only, of course) if you feel inclined to. I'm still under contract for another 18 months or so having signed up during the 6S Plus launch, so I know I'm screwed, ha ha ha... But hopefully this will help others who are considering maxis. I'm definitely porting out once my contracts end. I choose sucky service over lack of integrity at any given moment.

It is if you make very little calls - the call rates are expensive for that plan. Anyways, I've never complained about their measly 3GB for RM128 till now, but the double standards is just absolutely the last straw. I've been actively trolling them all weekend smile.gif

My monthly bills average around RM100+. Looking at the East Malaysia plans, I subscribe to MaxisOne 98 so good can get 7GB, heck I might even subscribe to the MaxisOne 128 can get 9GB.

Can see actually Maxis plan was to lure East Malaysians to subscribe, but instead backfiring on them by West Malaysians
