I would say Most Maxis centres will have this model in stock. 16Gb is the slowest moving model among the 6.

Thanks for your suggestion! I am thinking that too. The unevenness is not very severe hence I think I'll go with your way by sending after a few months. I don't rhave good impressions with the refurbished units because in the past the exchanged one are always scratched. I would opt for a box to box replacement anytime but guess it is impossible now..
Hey thanks for your information! My dad got it for me and hence.. But I didn't notice the unevenness until I read a thread at Macrumors and oh fml my phone also have this issue. haha but I just checked the store at Machines and the display units there are uneven too.. all the displays are slightly darker on the top left corner.  they say its because of the 3D touch but.. well. :l Guess I'll take it back after couple of months.

Maxis realview was like realshxt ... waste my time going over to the centre and was told it was out of stock since Friday. Why put up a system that cannot be maintained ?

Hmm, I was just thinking of leaving the office and heading downstairs for a 64GB Space Black 6+ since the stock view thingy listed it as "in stock" in KLCC. Guess we can drop the stock view reliability altogether then?

Fix is still in the works. There's a surprising amount of factors that screws up data accuracy.

But I'd like to see this as an attempt to give better customer service. Better to try and fail (and improve), than to fail to try.

Was not criticizing actually. I actually appreciate the effort, especially yours in this thread. I was sort of going on that theory if it shows "in stock" chances are there are still some left, hence the plan of going down to the Maxis Center in KLCC. You can take heart in the system showing the stock status of the 128GB though, there is actually none left anywhere. Hahaha.

Will try my luck tomorrow if I can find a bit of time to run away from the office. I'm only upstairs anyway.

For obvious reasons. Just baffling why Apple wouldn't start at 32GB. I would gladly take a 32GB one, 64GB is overkill based on my usage thus far.

I ended going for the 16gb as the 64gb rose gold was out of stock. Didn't bother waiting and might as well save RM500ish since i don't plan to do much video recording nor intensive gaming...

Yeah, if you are a light user and can manage your storage well, then 16GB is fine as well. I survived 2 years on a 16GB iPhone 4 and another 1.5 years on a 16GB iPhone 5.
