Proton stated life time warranty for power window....
mine also, heard is good to replace 2 cvt filters also with the cvt oil.

690... include all those filters right? + other service like EO ... around 1K    maintenance really not cheap for this lala...

CVT filter (at the bottom) - RM 225
CVT filter gasket - RM 55

CVT cooler filter (at the top) - RM 85
CVT cooler gasket - RM 15

CVT oil  J1 (diaqueen) - RM 200/ 4liters (amount needed very subjective to how well its been drained)
my last changed i did at 40k only use around 4.5L - 5L

Proton is charging RM 60 for all the part change for labour above.

Time duration - 3-4 hours!

cheaper than changing at proton SC rite? after add in labour will be how much then?

proton charge RM60 for labour. parts on the high side and nobody knows what CVT oil they use...repacked into their bottle.

so decision is yours to consider on warranty issue...

1. buy your own parts including diaqueen oil then sent to proton SC (RM60) or outside (RM ??)

2. buy all from proton and use their CVT oil (due to warranty)

3. buy all parts from proton and bring own diaqueen oil to proton SC (hoping this will not void warranty if got issue?)

Bigger or smaller i wont switch to 97 for sure ..

But then hor sifu, don't bazooka me or what la. My car with 97 has extra 1-1.5km more / litre.

Since I use the same route to and fro from work everyday and I don't use this car to go anywhere else.

Power wise no difference though.

But for my carburetor car I just use 95 since no ecu lol.

Yeap normal since I don't rev my car much. Shifting 2.5k - 3k.

From home to work and back around 25km each day.

With 97 computer avg 12+km/l.

With 95 computer avg 10-11+km/l.

Then calculate only during refuel let the pump click never add in any extra petrol and divide with total mileage on the trip meter. Quite consistent since I've been on 97 for about 7 tanks already. Before this was on 95 for 3-4 months until the 97 drop.

yup .. we have the canister for fuel vapor .. but not the return line..
no matter what .. there will be some leakage (my 2 cents) ..
