Proton say our fren cut the front plastic cause water enter engine and crack the block

ouch    but its really up to the SC whether or not to honor the warranty... they can create 1001 rules to ignore or decline the claim

Last time i talk to our fren (proton service advisor) whom drives an inspira. Not working in proton anymore. He told me the procedure. If u come in to claim something.. Example says radiator. They will have to check.. Then ORDER from supplier.. Once they order they will be billed already. So when they replace for u.. They will need to send back the spoilt one to the supplier. If checked really defect, they will refund proton. If not proton have to telan the cost.

That is the reason why small dealer dun wan do claim. They have to use own money order for u. Although they will charge proton for the service. And for the reason they know shits about the car, they rather denial as much as possible.. No claim no lost.

personally, i'd use something like amsoil XL or signature series, then just change oil yearly.

the additives in it are proven (refer back my previous lab report )
