i found this script which enables you to download album artwork from iTunes Store without the need to login, for free! i wonder if this only works for macs.

http://printf.dk/itunes_7_fetching_artwork_for.html

or alternatively you can search from http://printf.dk/cgi-bin/i7AWF.cgi

if any of you know how to apply it to windows' itunes, please post!

By using Corripio it automatically save the artwork when you select it. If using Mamba, I'm sorry I didn't know because I haven't try it yet smile.gif

Isn't it a script?

This should allow us to use the "Get Album Artwork" function without the need to sign in.

Cut and Paste is quite an effort.....

Corripio is for MAC and Mamba is for PC. Mamba does what Corripio do, that is auto save artwork and also fill in the blanks like genre, album name, year, etc. However I experience some bug in mamba where it replace the wrong song for the wrong artwork. so becareful. I advise you to insert one by one. Trust me.

just go to microsoft's website, go to the download section and download ".NET framework 2.0"

another alernative software which is based on the first link i give is this http://tom.zickel.org/getartwork/

it is windows based, also requires .net framework 2.0. it will scan the designated folder and download the artwork if it is available. however, it will only download the image and save it in your folder, you would have to manually attach it to your song. also, it only works with songs with id3v1 tag.
