If HR give confirmation letter and need to sign back to return to them.
What if I don't sign back, does that mean I can reject the job confirmation and can resign.
Please advise

If you don't sign, it means that you do not agree with their T&C.
Yes, you can reject their offer. |

Come back to them? Meaning the signed letter? It depends on the HR. Some needs ASAP; but some gives you longer time to think.

Some forumer said that even you have signed the offer letter, you can still reject the offer. There was a thread discussed this matter before.

Wait. You said confirmation letter. That's after probation period, rite?
If it isn't, then you have the right not to join them unless the conditions are met. I read that too. He (the forummer) said that company wouldn't or can't take action against you. This post has been edited by goliath: Sep 19 2006, 09:58 PM |

Yah, confirmation letter, after the 3 months probation period....
They want to give you confirmation, if don't sign can or not?... Don't sign = Reject offer? Sign = Accetp offer? |

So it's the confirmation letter after probation; not offer letter as some of us are confused.

I think what the TS meant was can he continue as a probation if he doesn't sign the confirmations letter.
