any one already used it at tesco? i do not think tesco will improve the service unless they upgrade the device and train all their cashier.

Last time supervisor need to mannually key in in the touch n go device to deduect money from touch n go and it is no integrated to POS. very troublesome and cashier no train or no allow to do it.

I just applied for a refund of RM600+ at TNG Hub (Nu Sentral) and the quoted time is "within 30 days".

Will track how long it takes and update here.

My post relates to refunding the credit. I'm not sure why this would make you think twice about reloading?

The amount you reload doesn't affect the waiting time for refunds.

why are you treating tng card as your atm card? 

just reload enough for 1-2 months lo, knowing the refund is a pain. better use the extra money for something else, instead of reload big amount to tng and refund it later.

even you want to take advantage to maximize cashback, it's kinda defeating the purpose to spend wisely.

since your daily spending is quite a lot, it'll finish faster than you can think of refunding. 

just reload more lo, eventually your travelling cost and time is saved anyway.

FYI, TNG card can hold up to RM1.5k credits.

The reason why I reload RM800 to 1000 per month is because my husband and I have combined RM3.5k monthly car allowances (petrol, toll top up, maintenance etc) to use. If I don't use it, it is burned. So no choice but to reload TNG like crazy, and if got too much, then refund.

Don't think they care. Anything car related is counted, even non essential services.

It's part of remuneration package with annial cap so whether I use it to buy new sports rims or top up TNG it doesn't make a difference to them. My colleagues use their allowance to change most expensive rims and tyres and car detailing / upholstering every year just to use up the allowance. I think that's even more wasteful.

Just check my balance from tng portal, found 1 transaction that is incorrect. Extra charge me. Contacted Tng helpline and they say : they will make a report to Plus, then Plus will refund me after 30days.
She say if want to get quicker refund, then got to seek that Plus customer care once there's a mistaken charges. (which is not an easy task if u use smarttag lane)

My advice : check your balance from tng portal more often

No,  it's highway toll transaction. May be the entry didn't tag properly

Check the toll charging display during exit, I kena twice (double and triple charge) at NPE smart tag lane

Hi wanna ask about the parking fee in jusco, usually if we take the parking ticket, and we come out within 2 hours, the fee is free with jusco card, but if we pay using touch n go, how to show that we have jusco card?
