Earlier this evening, I was actually going to KK to buy something using TnG, and then she asked why not claim the free RM 10 as well? I told her that isn't it supposed to be given to new users only? And then she said as long I haven't claimed it before, no problem. I wasn't really sure about it, and then she asked her colleague about it and her colleague confirmed that I can claim it.

But then, she told me that I have to use the money and buy stuff from them after claiming it, but she didn't force me to buy at a total of the exact amount like some other faced before.

This also means that the sticker is of no use to thieves. If you lose it for some reason, a call to the TnG Careline to suspend the RFID will take care of things. The sticker is also claimed to be dirt, weather and waterproof.

I check my TnG app, got charged even im using non rfid lane.
it seem the scan quite wide enough to detect other lane.
Initially want to use rfid lane but mis enter TnG lane only, then used TnG card but end up same transaction also show in TnG rfid.
Already feedback to TnG with my cam, hopefully they refund me back.
Anyone come across same experience?
