Does Sam's Groceria NU sentral still accept Touch n Go as payment for bills? ie, TNB, TM, etc.

do you know when they started this? seems like they give 10% rebate for every transaction at each different highway. besides what you mentioned kesas, npe, mex, i also have lksa, lekas, sprint...

touchngo rebate for all highways except plus. i think they give this 10% rebate after the price increase.

maybe you didn't redeem and it's already expired. did you checked correctly?

what is the expiry for feb and mar? if it's june or july, means your apr and may not yet posted.

most probably, quickly go redeem the rebate before it expired. find out where is the npe office for redemption.

which highway give you the rebate, you redeem from that highway company.

Was using tng portal to view and check my tng card usage for past few month. So far so good the record accuracy.

But, recently encountered missing transaction record for toll usage from Jul19 to Jul26.

Anyone experience before and how u usually report it to tng?

For my case, it was about 3-4 days before the transactions appeared. But the balance already deducted.
What if it is used for business travelling purposes and can't claim? In that case need to contact CS.

most of tesco need supervisor to accept payment with touch n go. most of the cashier in mydin can accept payment via touch n go. cashier in sam groceria also accept payment via touch n go.

is it possible to reload Touch 'N Go at any Bcard merchant to get points? For example, can we get points for Bcard by reloading TnG at 7-Eleven ?

i gave up using tesco tng long long time ago due to the lousy process that requires supervisor to enter pin before it can be used.

Just check my balance from tng portal, found 1 transaction that is incorrect. Extra charge me. Contacted Tng helpline and they say : they will make a report to Plus, then Plus will refund me after 30days.
She say if want to get quicker refund, then got to seek that Plus customer care once there's a mistaken charges. (which is not an easy task if u use smarttag lane)

My advice : check your balance from tng portal more often

Like monthly basis..
Make sure there's no incorrect / suspicious transaction...
If have issues, I go directly to Plus.. Easier..
