Here's a guide to getting your e-refund with just 4 simple steps!

Step 1: Go to https://www.touchngo.com.my/erefund and select Touch ‘n Go icon.
Step 2: Key in your Card Serial Number (MFG No) and your IC No
Step 3: Select your Refund Payment Method option
Step 4: Done and you will receive an email.

Refund payment will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date of submission of the refund request.

I think mine was dormant > 1 year. Got money back even though just rm2.

I just try to topup on touch and go reload machine at southville city toll and pay using touch n go ewallet app. they will generate qr code and i just scan and payment go through smoothly. Later I will snap a picture

I planning to use TNG wallet to reload my physical card using the kiosk, any place can do so in PJ? thanks ya

Best is to find any PLUS highway and perform topup on the kiosk (normally on exit toll plaza) I never saw any kiosk that able to reload using tnc ewallet qrpay yet

Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (previously known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd) is now owned by CIMB and PLUS. It was owned by UEM-Renong.

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is 51% owned by TNG S/B and 49% owned by Ant Financial China (Jack Ma's Alipay China, "Zhi Fu Bao"). TNG Digital is raising USD 150 million "from investors to cement its position in the country’s digital payments industry", so TNG S/B may own <50% soon. Ant Financial China also owns Alipay Malaysia Sdn Bhd a.k.a. Lazada Wallet!

If a card holder that the last transaction was on Dec 2020, and balance is RM1.00++. Currently the card holder no longer in Klang Valley, this card was maintained over the years for occasional trips to KL for LRT usage. Is it advised to reload something into the card before Dec this year to avoid it becoming dormant? Given the current pandemic, cardholder does not foresee travelling to KL any time soon.

Yes, you can just reload RM10, then use it at KK, Watson for a cheap item (snake or candy). Then fulfill the condition. I used to do this every year for my backup card. 

Else another option is tie in your e-Wallet.

Please take note that Touch 'n Go Portal will not be accessible during system maintenance work starting: 31 Dec 2021 at 9PM to 1 Jan 2022 at 12PM.

good info for those with expired/expiring tng card

I got 1 expired tng card with 0 balance cos transfered out. Can i still get it rePlaced with new NFC card?

I think its possible...you need to check it out. tapi rasa boleh la, since the contract on the previous card  is free replacement upon expiry.

Just came back from KL Sentral.

TNG card need 1 month BEFORE expiry then can replace free.
2 months before also cannot
